BDX AT CAPITAL VILLAGE was looking for a sales strategy to stabilize their lease up to a 95% occupancy by June 2019.

Challenge

TouchPoint’s services were brought on early April 2019 to provide robust follow-up services to maximize their marketing spending and free up valuable time by the leasing staff; the current occupancy was 73.37%.

Solution

From April 2019 through July 2019, TouchPoint conducted 1,470 follow-ups and provided 11 appointments and 30 leases. TouchPoint assisted in increasing occupancy by 4.52% by the end of April and 6.03% by the end of May.

Results

By June, BDX was trending at 95%, and notice was given. TouchPoint assisted in a 15.6% gain in occupancy.
