TouchPoint’s services were brought on early April 2019 to provide robust follow up services to maximize their marketing spend and free up valuable time by the leasing staff. Current Occupancy was 73.37
From April 2019 through July 2019, TouchPoint conducted 1,470 follow ups, provided 11 appointments and 30 leases. TouchPoint assisted in increasing occupancy 4.52% by the end of April and 6.03% by the end of May.
By the end of June, BDX was trending at 95% and notice was given. TouchPoint assisted in 15.6% gain in occupancy.
