Goldelm was looking for a sales strategy to increase and stabilize occupancy which in July 2019 was at 85%
2. Solution
From July 2019 through September 2019, TouchPoint agents conducted well over 2,100 follow-ups scheduled 21 appointments, and helped to drive 188 leases with our outbound prospect nurturing.
3. Results
By the end of September Goldelm reached a 93.7% occupancy. TouchPoint assisted in an 8.7 lift in occupancy, reduced staff hours by 175 hours, or $2,625 in dollars.
