Pinnacle is a privately held organization that manages multifamily properties nationwide. Established in 1980, they are one of the largest multifamily management companies in the United States with a portfolio of over 172,000 units and 4,300 team members.

1. Challenge

Pinnacle was looking for a solution to help increase opportunity management while at the same time allowing leasing staff to keep focus on core day to day tasks.

2. Solution

TouchPoint’s services were brought on back in 2017 to help with their prospect management and to help free up valuable time by the leasing staff.

3. Results

Dating back to June 2018, TouchPoint conducted over 400,000 prospect follow ups for 57 key assets. TouchPoint agents schedule 3,346 pre-qualified appointments/tours, and helped to drive 6,414 leases In just April 2019, TouchPoint conducted 20,936 prospect follow ups as prospects begin moving through their apartment search lifecycle. TouchPoint agents schedule 236 pre-qualified appointments/tours and help to drive 275 leases. In May 2019 alone, TouchPoint agents conducted 34,005 follow ups, scheduled 305 pre-qualified appointments/tours, and helped to drive 259 leases.
