TouchPoint’s services were acquired in 2017 to help with their prospect management and to help free up valuable time by the leasing staff.
Results
In June 2018, TouchPoint conducted over 400,000 prospect follow-ups for 57 key assets. TouchPoint agents scheduled 3,346 pre-qualified appointments or tours and helped drive 6,414 leases. In April 2019, TouchPoint conducted 20,936 prospect follow-ups as prospects began moving through their apartment search lifecycle. Agents scheduled 236 pre-qualified appointments or tours and helped to drive 275 leases. In May 2019 alone, TouchPoint agents conducted 34,005 follow-ups, scheduled 305 pre-qualified appointments or tours, and helped drive 259 leases.
